The conference will allow participants in the society to become acquainted with one another, to share ideas, and to further the development of the field. The meeting will also allow junior scholars an opportunity to network with each other as well as to present their research and discuss with senior scholars. Learning Objectives.

The Conference is designed to bring together Tran-disciplinary scholars and interested physicians, clergy, chaplains, lecturers, teachers, lawyers, Law enforcement, government agencies, students, business men and women and lay persons from other parts of the world to present and discuss the latest research on Health ( Covid-19, Aids), Social Development other relative issues.

The keynote and plenary speakers represent a variety of specialties through which researchers are asking the questions and doing the research needed to advance the field.

Participants are to submit a separate registration for each group, or persons attending the conference.

  • The Conference encourages early registration in advance.
  • Cancellations of registration forms must be received three weeks before the conference date.
  • Registration is free for all interested participants attending the program.
  • Hence our donors have taking care of all applicant’s registration fees.
  • Interested delegates will have to book and pay for hotel reservations with the recommended Accommodations here in United States.
  • Rooms are availability and special rates are guarantee for the Conference attendances.
  • More details will be giving to participants after confirmation of participant’s registration.

You are to fill the form with your rightful information and submit the filled forms with the scan copy of your passport and your Accommodation booking receipt to the conference secretariat office. Visa processing for those that requires entry visa to attend the conference meeting. Participants visa documents will be process here in United States by the US Immigration Bureau of visa authorization department here in United States for same day visa authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy in participants country of residence for visa collection after the authorization of visa here in United States and the visa approval letter with other necessary documents will be forwarded to the U.S Embassy in participants country of resident, and a copy will be sent to participants, which participants are to present at the U.S Embassy for the collection of visa to attend the conference meeting with us here in United States.

Visa Application Documents Requirements

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining. 
  •  Filled registration forms for the symposium event.
  • Scan copy of international passport data page.
  • One recent passport size photograph.
  • Evidence of your Immigration Status in the USA and permission to re-enter the USA after your trip.
  • Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment.
  • If going for vacation, please include length of service and vacation dates 
  • Evidence of funds: e.g., Recent bank statement (within last 30 days), travelers’ cheque (Credit card statements are not acceptable).
  • Participants must submit their hotel booking confirmation slip along with their registration filled forms A and B which will be send to participants for registration. All filled forms must be submitted to the registration office to complete participants registration for the conference meeting and to start the visa application documents processing for registered participants. 


Participants documents will be forwarded to the United States Immigration Bureau of visa authorization department here in United States for the approval of visa documents after we have confirmed all requested documents from participants. All visa documents will be process here in United State before notifying participants to visit the U.S. Embassy in their country for visa collection.

It is a mandatory for any interested delegates to book from the recommended accommodation roll out for the conference. Interested delegates are to book and pay for theirs/his/her reservation with the below recommended lodge and send us the booking and payment confirmation receipt from the below Lodge –
